2013 MLS Draft Prospect: Will Bates, Virginia

Bates was known by many who follow college soccer and was a potential GA in 2011 after scoring 14 goals in 15 games for Virginia. In 2012 the forward scored 12 goals in 20 games. At 6 feet tall, Bates scored 10 of his career college via a header but also showed he score from outside the box including a direct free kick goal in 2011. Draft Projection: Late First Round
