2012 Norway Tippeligaen Season Review

Former Manchester United star Ole Gunnar Solskjaer managed Molde to their second consecutive Norway Tippeligaen title in 2012. Molde trailed Rosenborg and Stromsgodset most of the season but Molde were more successful in the last six game to win the title by 4 points. The Tippeligean continues to be a good development league for African base players and 2012 was no exception with the leagues top two prospects Kim Ojo from Nigeria and Serigne Kara from Senegal. Kara received interest from a number of clubs including Liverpool and Club Brugge and was eventually sold to KRC Genk at the of the season.
