2011-2012 Dutch Eredivisie Season Review

Ajax Amsterdam won its second Eredivisie in a row and 31st all-time and despite selling their captain Jan Vertonghen they look to be strong in 2012-2013 by holding on to Christian Eriksen. Other Dutch clubs have sold key 2011-2012 players including Bas Dost, Luuk de Jong, Luciano Narsingh and Ola John. John Guidetti is also returning to Manchester City after scoring 20 goals on loan with Feyenoord. PSV have held on to Dries Mertens and with the the signing of Narsingh should challange Ajax for the 2012-2013 title.
