2011-2012 Croatia Prva HNL Season Review

Dinamo Zagreb won it's 14th league title in dominating fashion 21 points ahead of second place Hajduk Split. Dinamo lost only once all season (1-2 at 10th place Zadar) and outscored their opponents 73 to a 11. They were lead by prospects Vrsaljko, Vida, Badelj, Kovacic, and Montenegro striker Fatos Beqiraj. Although the highest rated prospect is Hajduk, Ante Vukusic who has scored 26 goals over the last two seasons. Some of the smaller clubs in the league have struggled to fulfill fixtures, so in 2012-2013 the league have decided to reduce it size to 12 clubs.
