2011-2012 Israeli Ligat Ha'Al Season Review

The Ha'Al league has had many players being sold to larger clubs across Europe including Itay Shechter, Eran Zahavi, Gil Vermouth, Lior Refaelov, Biram Kayal, Emmanuel Mayuka, Bibras Natko, and Samual Yeboah. This has allowed new players to shine but has also made the league more competitve and in 2011-2012 Hapoel Ironi Kiryat took advantage of this winning thier first ever league title. Going in to the 2012-2013 season clubs have actualy chosen to hold on to their talent so it will be interesting to see if Hapoel Ironi Kiryat can win again holding off much more fancy clubs such as Hapoel Tel Aviv and Maccabi Haifa.
