Grade: Toronto FC had the best Supplemental Draft and could have an outstanding draft although their two first round picks brought up some confusion and concern. Toronto drafted Luis Silva and Aaron Maund with the 4th and 12th pick overall and in retrospect they could of drafted two GA players in Jean-Baptiste (regarded as the top defender in the draft) and Chandler Hoffman a player who on paper fits Toronto 4-3-3 much better than Silva. In the supplemental draft Toronto took four players ranked in my top 50, Micheal Green who is in the Maurice Edu mold, Nicardo Blake could be the player with the most physical upside, Mykell Bates full-back throughout his college career and Arthur Ivo a Brazilian who showed great skill during his NCAA career at SMU. C
